RELATOR
People strong in the Relator theme enjoy close relationships with others. They find deep satisfaction in working hard with friends to achieve a goal.
The Relator strength, in my case, provides the incentives to establish team relationships — to pull together a team to work toward creating an excellent organization. I truly enjoy the process of working with a high-performance team to accomplish significant goals. And I have found that most people enjoy becoming part of a high-performance team that is able to work toward organizational and individual excellence.
