One of the interesting processes of the Christian life is learning that God created each of us the way we are for a reason. I find that it's easy to look at the personality traits I admire in others and wish that God had given those personality traits to me, rather than being thankful that God created me the way he did. As I have matured in my Christian faith and served in the positions that God has called me to, I have learned become grateful to God for creating me with the type of personality that I have.
Some of the keywords or phrases that I would use to describe my personality are:
- Visionary
- Goal-oriented
- Innovative
- Strategic
- Reflective
- Team-player
- Intense but casual
- Diplomatic
- Relationship-oriented
- Focused on developing others
- Holistic (big-picture orientation)
- Tenacious
- Realistic idealist
- Action-oriented
- Faithful
- Giving
