LEARNER
People strong in the Learner theme have a great desire to learn, and want to continuously improve. In particular, the process of learning, rather than the outcome, excites them.
Like most academics, I love to learn. In conjunction with my Ideation, Input, and Maximizer strengths, my learning strength gives me a desire to learn not only for the sake of learning, but for personal and organizational continuous improvement.
