Leadership Secrets of Santa Claus

Someone sent me a little book entitled, The Leadership Secrets of Santa Claus:  How to Get Big Things Done in YOUR "Workshop"...All Year Long (published by Walk the Talk, Dallas, TX). This light and humorous book suggests the following leadership principles:

  • Build a wonderful workshop
  • Choose your reindeer wisely
  • Make a list and check it twice
  • Listen to the elves
  • Get beyond the red wagon
  • Share the milk and cookies
  • Find out who's naughty and nice
  • Be good for goodness sake


While I'm not sure that I would actually go out and pay for this book, it was worth the fairly small amount of time that I had to read it, partially because of its humor.
