The focus of John Ortberg's book, Everybody's Normal 'Till You Get to Know Them is on authentic Christian community. Ortberg's book covers similar themes to Dietrich Bonhoeffer's Life Together, but does so in a way accessible to today's reader. Ortberg shares that none of us will be totally normal until we get to heaven; meanwhile we are on a journey toward wholeness that is dependent on each other. His chapter on conflict resolution (based on Matthew chapter 18) is one that most Christian organizations would benefit from reading and following.
