Looking back on my experiences in university administration, it is clear that God has led my path to bring me to where I am today. God has blessed me with many opportunities to develop administrative skills (see Administrative Development), and has also allowed me to serve in positions that led to important administrative accomplishments. I enjoy having the opportunity to provide educational leadership, and am thankful for the situations that God has allowed me to serve in.
